Where will my orders be shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our local warehouse in Toronto, Canada and processed within 1-2 business days of order confirmation
Which shipping provider do you use?
We rely on Canada Post to fulfill all our orders. That’s locally within Canada, cross-border to the U.S., as well as international orders.
Will my orders be tracked?
For local shipping within Canada, we offer a free shipping option. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide tracking details for that option. If you choose priority delivery, then you will receive a tracking notification in your email.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Local orders in Canada should be at your doorstep within 5-7 business days of placing the order (if you choose free shipping). For expedited shipping we expect you to receive it in 2-3 business days.
Our customers in the U.S. can expect to receive their shipment within 6-9 business days. We’re working on an expedited shipping option, so please bear with us :) For now, our shipping costs to the U.S. are very low (more $$$ savings for you!).
Customers from elsewhere in the world can expect to receive their product within 3 week
Do you offer free returns?
If your device doesn’t work for any reason, please send us an email with pictures at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll resolve your problem and send you a new product at no extra charge.
